    So, my first professional art job

    • Mood: Delighted
    • Listening to: Undone - Weezer
    • Reading: nuffin'
    • Eating: nuffin' again
    • Drinking: Gatorade
    I've just started work on a small card-game project. I get to be the colorist. A small but crucial part to play. Even though the pay is small (about 3.50USD per illustration) the job is easy and fun. I'm currently more worried about getting some recognition than I am about getting money.

    The job should last a couple of months, but I'm not worried, it occupies my time well enough.

    I currently work for a large games distributor. Alliance Games Dist. (not sure if you've heard of them.) But now I'm wondering if my company will end up distributing the game you're working on.

    Perhaps you will, but you'll probably know before I will. A card game called Panty Raider. Not sure if it's an official title or not. It's certainly fun to work on though...

    Hey now, well gotta start from somewhere. First small jobs, then next thing you know it, you're working for a major studio.

    ...Plus, this is a lot more then the first professional work I did:P

    Would you talk with your employers about being able to show some of the pictures here? I'm kinda interested in what they would look like.
